Job purpose

Techno Commercial position and has got a major role in maintenance and expansion of market and coordination between Head office, Customers and Dealers.

Duties and responsibilities

Qualifications

Market Research & Development of new customers/new Markets/New Segment (Application) for existing products and new products.
Understand and implement the company policies and strategies to keep healthy business model.
Market intelligence to latest developments, competitor movement, governmental notifications etc.
Develop new distributors and Dealers to strengthen market share.
Maintain the relationship with customers to make sure sustainable business growth.
New products must be introduced in the existing and new market.
To ensure the Products delivered to the customers in proper time.
Very close follow up for Payment collection must be done and in proper time.
To maintain good relationship with the customers by showing the values and benefits.
Beat the sales target, secure new business opportunities by us.
Must be very strong in technical and commercial side.
Conducting field trials for existing and new customers.
