A conference “Leading into the future,” aimed at discussing the results of the survey done by the AIDBES which concluded that transformative leadership pattern is high among the school heads in the Don Bosco Institutions was discussed.  The speakers Professor Dr. Francis Vincent Antony and Dr. Chris AM Hermans who have done a vast research on spirituality, leadership and discernment presented the results and discussed about the research work with the heads of various Don Bosco Educational Institutions from all over Tamil Nadu.

The Principal along with the staff of SIGA participated in the one-day conference.  One of the participants Mr. Celastine, the English lecturer told, “the conference mainly focused on spirituality and attaining good results from students can be possible only by guiding them with love and fear of God, further he also mentioned that the topic Spiritual Discernment to exercise the duties and responsibility was his most favourite topic in the conference.
