The students of SIGA participated in the national-level competition conducted by VEER Foundation at Shrimathi Devkumar Nanalal Bhat Vasihnav College for women.  Abeth Necho, S. Sabari and R. Manoj Kumar of First year GDC won the first, second and third places.  They were listed under the Top 15 best artists.  They were felicitated by Fr. P.T. Joseph, Principal and Fr. John Christy, Rector/Secretary in the assembly.  The participants thanked their art teacher, Mr. Johnson, who they told had put in a lot of effort to shape them as good artists.  The management also congratulated Mr. Johnson for his contribution and wished him all the best in the future too.
