The Literary Competition was held on January 12, 2023, as part of National Youth Day in honor of Shri Swami Vivekananda by RAMAKRISHNA MISSION STUDENTS’ HOME and RAMAKRISHNA MISSION POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE in Mylapore, Chennai, 600004. 

They hold competitions in drawing, English recitation, Tamil recitation, English recitation, Tamil essay writing, and English essay writing. Our college had 8 students who competed in different events. This literary competition featured participation from more than 20 colleges. 

Selvan. Shaun Nithil Cruz- GDC -I, won the first prize in the Tamil Recitation Competition.  

Selvan. Pasala Arockiya Naveen Kumar GDC -I won the Second Prize in the English Recitation Competition. They both collected cash prizes in this competition. Other students have collected the participation certificates. 

The prize winners and participants are honored and encouraged during the assembly in next day.  They shared their experiences with all the students when they were participating in the competitions.
