“I HAVE FOUGHT THE GOOD FIGHT, I HAVE FINISHED THE RACE, I HAVE KEPT THE FAITH”

 The 91^stbirth Anniversary of Br. Santi was celebrated as a community along with the SIGA college students. The Holy Eucharistic was celebrated and solemnized by Fr.D’Souza who gave a brief introduction about the life lived by Br. Santi, and the homily was being preached by FR. Thomas, about the life of Br. Santi, and his experience of being with Br. Santi. The rest of   the community members took part in the Eucharistic celebration and prayed for Br. Santi and offered flowers for his photo. At the end of the Eucharistic celebration, Fr. P.T. Joseph thanked the members of the community and the entire college students, staff who made the evet successful one. The entire campus prayed for the great personality and admired his untiring hard work and dedication he put for the uplifting the SIGA press and the entire campus. Br. Santi, lived a simple life and in an extraordinary way.

 He lived and worked in SIGA, for 56 years, and who had left a great legacy, and educated more young people by providing job opportunities and giving them bright future. He also encouraged the young to pursue career opportunities. He stood as an outstanding brother in bringing up the poor young people, and he is such a remarkable person who dedicated his life to work forthe young people. During his life time in SIGA, he mainly focused on various initiatives that directly benefited the young people, especially in the printing field. He developed the printing press and showed the way to many young people, growing up in a community where limited resources and opportunities that young people faced in their pursuit of education and personal development. This experience fueled his determination to make a difference in the life of so many vulnerable young people who have no future, and provided them bright future. One of the most significant contributions founded by Br. Santi was, dedicated to empowering the youth through printing. This printing has created a lifeline for countless young individuals in his life, providing them with the tools and support needed to overcome challenges and achieve their dreams. He helped them to discover their strengths and passions. His guidance was instrumental in steering the young people towards promising careers and fulfilling lives.
