A one-day seminar on “Printed Electronics: A Futuristic Perspective” was held on August 5, 2023 at the Department of Printing and Packaging Technology, CEG, Anna University, Chennai. The seminar was organized by the Department in association with The Printing Technologist Forum.

Eminent academic researchers and business speakers, including Dr. Umer Salim, Founder, i4 Technologies; Dr. TKS Lakshmi Priya, Academic Consultant; Dr. S. Muttan, Professor of Eminence, CEG Anna University; Abhinay Mahajan, Paper & Printing Professional; Dr. K. Pandian, Professor, University of Madras; and Dr. Deep Prakash, Production Manager, Sarlon GmbH, Germany, attended the seminar. 

15 students from SIGA Polytechnic College also attended the seminar and received a Certificate of Participation. They were excited to learn about the potential applications of printed electronics in the packaging industry.
