The program was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute-Innovation in Entrepreneurship Development Program Tamil Nadu (EDII-IEDP TN) by resource person, Mr. Vasudevan (Field Coordinator, EDII-IEDP TN).
Mr. Vasudevan spoke on a variety of topics related to entrepreneurship, including the following:
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), the Startup India initiative, and the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Act. – He also discussed the benefits of these schemes and how entrepreneurs can apply for them.
The golden circle: Mr. Vasudevan talked about the golden circle, a framework for understanding and communicating the purpose of a business. The golden circle is made up of three questions: What do you do? How do you do it? Why do you do it?
Mr. Vasudevan explained how answering these questions can help entrepreneurs to create a more compelling and persuasive message for their businesses.
The reason for failures of products: Mr. Vasudevan discussed the reasons why products fail. He talked about the importance of understanding the customer, conducting market research, and having a clear value proposition. He also discussed the importance of iterating and testing products before launching them.
